What you'll do
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications that provide a seamless user experience across various devices and platforms.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, ensuring high performance and accessibility.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support the functionality of our applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the development process and product offerings.
Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of features.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow their technical skills.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user needs and market demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with data modeling and optimization.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with mobile application development (iOS or Android) is a plus.
Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation in web applications.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices, including unit testing and integration testing.
Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
