Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. This is a hands-on role that includes forklift operation, stock control, and occasional assistance with product assembly or servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to aged care facilities and customers
Drive the company van to deliver beds and other products to site
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock safely and efficiently




Perform regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Assist with minor product assembly or equipment servicing as needed
Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor
Follow workplace health and safety protocols at all times
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (preferred)
Valid forklift licence (LF) - essential
Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move bulky items safely
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy for inventory systems or warehouse apps
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
Experience handling medical or aged care equipment is an advantage but not required
