Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated
Production Workers and Machine Operators
to join a leading food manufacturing company based in
Truganina
.
These positions offer an immediate start with full training provided. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment processing and packaging
raw beef and pork
products.

Monday to Friday
Hours:
Approximately
5:30 AM - 3:50 PM
Pay Rate:
$***** per hour

About your new role
Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately
7°C
)
Handling and processing
raw beef and pork
products
Debagging large cuts of
beef and pork
and transferring products onto production lines
Operating production machinery (Machine Operator positions)
General meat processing and packaging duties
Loading and unloading crates onto production lines
Using a small hooked knife to safely remove packaging from meat products
Maintaining production line efficiency and meeting daily production targets
Following food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety procedures
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organised work area
About you
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing,



machine operation, or meat processing (preferred)
Experience operating production machinery (for Machine Operator roles)
Comfortable working in a cold workplace (approximately
7°C
)
Comfortable handling
raw beef and pork
products
Strong literacy and numeracy skills (must successfully complete an assessment)
Full Australian working rights
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling
Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment
Willing to remove jewellery, piercings, fake nails, nail polish, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions before commencing work
Able to complete pre-employment requirements and mandatory online training
