We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled
All Rounder Barista
to join the team at Coffee Brew St. Kilda in Melbourne VIC ****. This is a
casual position
offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment. As an All Rounder Barista, you will be the face of our café, delivering exceptional customer service whilst expertly preparing speciality beverages and maintaining our high standards. Your role is central to creating memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our café during service.
What you'll be doing
Provide warm, professional and engaging customer service to every guest
Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments
Prepare hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized workstation and café environment
Prepare and make sandwich, wraps, etc...
General cleaning and other cleaning in the kitchen




Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy service periods
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an all rounder barista or in a similar café or hospitality role
knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality
Reliable, punctual and adaptable approach to casual work
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
