About the role
Multiworks Australia is seeking experienced
Civil Construction Concreters
to join our growing team for ongoing projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to secure
permanent, ongoing employment
with a leading infrastructure contractor, working on a variety of major civil construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concreting works while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
Performing all aspects of concreting including screeding, finishing and formwork
Cutting, placing and securing reinforcing wire mesh and steel reinforcement
Preparing sand and cement mixtures and ensuring appropriate material placement
Placing, pouring, levelling and finishing concrete to specification
Ensuring all works meet project design, quality and construction requirements
Working collaboratively to deliver projects safely,



on time and to a high standard
Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and company policies
Performing steel fixing duties where required
Contributing to a positive team culture and strong client relationships
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in civil construction concreting
Proven capability in screeding, finishing and formwork installation
Experience with concrete pouring, levelling and finishing techniques
Knowledge of reinforcing mesh placement and steel fixing practices
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to interpret and work to project specifications and quality standards
Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
Willingness to work across various project locations throughout Victoria
Willing to undergo a Medical and Police Check
