As our Head of Clinical Governance,you'll play a pivotal leadership role across our six residential aged carehomes, shaping the systems, culture and standards that support secure, high-qualitycare.

Leading clinical governance, quality, riskand compliance, you'll work alongside our Residential Care Senior Leadershipteam to strengthen capability, drive continuous improvement and ensure we'rewell positioned to meet the opportunities and challenges of a changing agedcare landscape.

About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse,
Significant experience in senior clinical governance, quality or clinical leadership roles within aged care or health,
Robust knowledge of aged care regulation, accreditation and governance requirements,
Experience leading risk management, incident management and continuous improvement programs,
Combines strong regulatory expertise with the ability to influence, coach and lead others through change
Work collaboratively while making sense of complex information and translating it into practical actions that improve resident outcomes,
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
