About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to take charge of designing, implementing, and enhancing secure AWS cloud environments that support essential enterprise and government operations. This position emphasizes integrating security throughout the entire cloud lifecycle, ensuring that platforms adhere to Zero Trust principles, cloud governance standards, and compliance frameworks such as ISM and IRAP.

What you’ll do
Lead the architecture and deployment of secure AWS cloud solutions for enterprise and government applications.
Collaborate with platform engineers, security experts, and application developers to ensure security is prioritized throughout the cloud lifecycle.
Implement and maintain cloud governance practices and compliance with relevant standards.
Continuously assess and improve cloud environments to enhance security and performance.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS.




Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards, particularly ISM and IRAP.
Proven experience with cloud governance and Zero Trust architecture.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Terraform, or Cloud Formation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have
Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes or Docker.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms, such as Azure or Google Cloud.
