We are currently seeking motivated Retail Security Officers to join our team in a full time rotating role, with additional opportunities available for part-time and casual employment.
Roster:
Full-Time roster is four days on then four days off, rotating through an 8 week cycle.
Part-Time & Casual roles also available.
As a Trident Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining a strong security presence on-site. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, quick-thinking, and ready to be part of a professional and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality customer service and front-line support
Identifying and resolving potential risks and issues proactively
Responding to all medical and security incidents
Accurately reporting and recording incidents during your shift
Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current QLD Security License with valid Crowd Control function
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
A customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
High personal integrity and grooming standards
