The restaurant specializes in charcoal-grilled Turkish favourites, including lamb, chicken and Adana kebabs, mixed grills, wraps, pide, and a selection of traditional desserts such as baklava. Signature dishes, including the Chef's Special Mixed Grill, showcase authentic flavours and generous portions that reflect Turkey's rich culinary heritage. Customers can enjoy both dine-in and takeaway services throughout the week.

They are seeking an experienced and passionate Chefs to join the kitchen team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of authentic Turkish cuisine and charcoal grilling techniques, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards.

Salary Package:



$78,000 - $83,000 AUD

Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Turkish kebabs, charcoal-grilled meats, and traditional dishes.
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with stock management and ordering.
Support menu development and seasonal specials.
Work collaboratively with the front and back of house teams.

Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen workplace is required.
Strong knowledge of meat preparation, grilling techniques, and flavour balancing.
Ability to consistently follow recipes and deliver high-quality, well-presented dishes.
Capability to work effectively under pressure in a rapid-paced kitchen setting.
Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to consistency.
A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
