The Prospect
SEE Group are calling for expressions of interest from experienced Project Engineers to join our Urban division on upcoming projects in the Hervey Bay region. These will be full-time positions. These are diverse and quick-paced roles that will see you provide advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of civil construction projects.

Responsibilities will include
Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies




Project administration, planning and scheduling
Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance
Conducting quality assurance
Financial reporting and forecasting;
Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Attributes
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
Construction White Card
Previous experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
