What You/u2019ll Do

Lead technical design and implementation across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

/n
Architect scalable, cloud-native systems designed for growth and enterprise reliability.

/n
Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team to build high-impact features.

/n
Set engineering standards, lead design reviews, and ensure best practices in performance, reliability, and security.

/n
Mentor fellow engineers and help shape the engineering culture.

/n
Improve internal tooling, CI/CD, observability, and operational workflows.

You/u2019ll Bring

/n

/n




10+ years in software engineering with proven experience building and scaling full-stack enterprise platforms.

/n
Experience designing and delivering distributed systems, data models, APIs, and end-to-end applications.

/n
Extensive experience running python backends at scale

/n
Expertise in cloud architecture and IaC tools like AWS, CDK, Terraform.

/n
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and performance optimisation.

/n
A robust product mindset riven to build what matters and iterate based on real-world use.

/n/n

Nice to have

Startup or scale-up experience.

/n
Experience with LLMs, speech technologies, or AI/ML systems.

/n
Public technical work (Git Hub, blog posts, talks, etc).

/n
Frontend: Type Script, React
