We are seeking highly motivated and energetic casuals to join our busy Brunswick cattery. You will help us maintain the highest level of Hygiene and Animal Care on site while also having the opportunity to deliver front-of-house customer service and operational support.

Facility Hygiene & Maintenance (key activity)
Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all cat enclosures and play areas.
Undertake daily duties such as washing food bowls, changing litter, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure the facility always looks presentable and smells fresh.
Provide premium daily care, feeding, and hydration for all feline guests.
Monitor health, behaviour, and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to management.
Administer medication to cats as required (training provided).
Front of Office & Customer Service (as required)
Greet customers warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
Efficiently manage the booking system, processing check-ins and check-outs.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide cattery tours, and process payments.
Support the manager by coordinating shifts and daily tasks.
Take charge of cattery operations and opening/closing procedures when the manager is absent.
Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional Work Ethic: A proactive, reliable, and "can-do" attitude—you take pride in a clean setting.
Animal Care Experience: Previous experience working in a cattery, boarding facility, rescue shelter, or vet clinic is beneficial but not mandatory. A genuine calming approach and affinity for cats and their behaviours is important.
Customer Service Focus: Confident, friendly, and skilled communication skills for office duties.
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (bending, lifting, standing, and cleaning).
