The Role

We are looking for a Casual Practice Nurse to join our Southport practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients.

Tasks
Performing health assessments
Administering vaccines
Post vaccination observations and monitoring
Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations
Assisting GP with minor procedures
Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
Wound dressings and removal of sutures
Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals

Successful Candidate
AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse




Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
Solid organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
A passion for people and a personable approach
