The Prospect

Step into a key role within the vibrant kitchen at Crystalbrook Flynn, supporting our culinary team to deliver consistently high-quality food across every service.

As Demi Chef, you will be hands-on across preparation, cooking and presentation - from seasoning and marinating to roasting, grilling and pan-frying quality meats,



seafood and produce. You will help keep service moving, ensure every dish delivers on flavour, temperature and visual appeal, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

You will also contribute to ordering and preparation planning, monitor stock to minimise waste and spoilage, and help maintain a clean, protected and well-organised kitchen. This is an ideal next step for a motivated chef looking to strengthen their skills and continue progressing their culinary career.
