The Role

Sales and Customer Support Specialist
to join our fast-paced and collaborative team.
Serving as the primary point of contact for ORI, this role bridges the gap between technical operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who excels as a technical advisor, parts specialist, and dedicated problem-solver. Responsibilities are highly varied, ranging from addressing dealer inquiries and liaising with engineering to supporting sales initiatives and interacting directly with new products.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support:
Be the friendly, professional voice of ORI! Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from retail customers and authorised workshops. Note: This is a service-first role; your success is measured by the quality of your support and how you route leads to our partners, not by aggressive sales quotas.
B2C Order Processing:
Efficiently manage online orders through our Shopify e-commerce platform. You'll be the tech-savvy pro ensuring orders are fulfilled swiftly and accurately.
Technical Guidance:
Offer expert product knowledge and basic troubleshooting. From explaining our GVM upgrade programs to pointing workshops toward our technical guides, you'll ensure everyone is moving in the right direction.
Aftersales & Warranty Care:
Deliver consistent, high-quality aftersales support. When a customer calls with a problem, it's often just a simple fitment issue—you will be the expert who helps them sort it out.
About You
You might currently be a mechanic, 4WD fitter, parts interpreter, or working in automotive sales.



To thrive in this role, you will bring a strong blend of administrative excellence and automotive know-how:
Technical Expertise:
A solid understanding of automotive mechanics, particularly 4WD/passenger suspension systems, off-road accessories, and vehicle compliance. (Bonus points if you already know your way around American trucks!)
Service Mindset:
A customer-first focus, prioritising responsiveness, follow-through, and premium service delivery.
Tech-Ready Systems:
You are quick on your feet and comfortable with technology. Confidence using Shopify (or similar e-commerce applications) and communication platforms like Podium is essential.
Communication Pro:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with close attention to detail and a confident phone manner.
Team Spirit & Organisation:
