Graduate Civil Engineer / Junior Project Engineer

What You'll Do:
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Engineers who will mentor and support your development.
With training and guidance, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with project planning, organisation, and programming
Supporting procurement of materials and services
Conducting safety inspections and maintaining compliance
Communicating with clients and stakeholders
Performing quality assurance checks and site inspections
Maintaining and auditing internal management systems
Reviewing drawings and issuing RFIs
Compiling site costings and assisting with budgets
What We're Looking For:
We value attitude, reliability and a genuine desire to learn. Our ideal candidate will have:




A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or related field)
Graduate to 1 – 2 years' experience (graduates encouraged to apply)
MUST be willing to work away in Regional NSW
Class C driver's licence
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and positive mindset

Work Schedule:
Projects are in Regional NSW, with occasional work in the Sydney region. Depending on location, rosters may include:
5 days on / 2 days off
10 days on / 4 days off
Work Monday to Friday regionally, travel back to Sydney for weekends in provided vehicle
Please be prepared to work regionally each week travelling to and from Sydney.
