Sales Representative - Windows and Doors
Regency Windows is a Melbourne manufacturer of custom aluminium windows and doors, based in Thomastown. We design, make and install for homeowners, builders and commercial clients across greater Melbourne. The factory has capacity and the work is real. We need a salesperson who can turn enquiries and site visits into clean, won jobs.
The role
This is a hands-on sales role. You will own the customer conversation from first contact through quote and sale, then hand work cleanly into production and install.
You will:
Take and qualify enquiries from homeowners, builders and trade clients
Run measure and consult appointments across Melbourne
Spec the right window and door solutions for each job
Prepare accurate quotes with clear scope and pricing
Follow up firmly and close work without leaving deals hanging
Build and work a pipeline of residential and builder opportunities
Keep CRM and job notes current so the office and factory stay aligned
Hand sold jobs cleanly to estimating, production and install
Represent Regency on site and in the showroom with a professional, calm approach
Work with the sales and office team on weekly targets and forecast
Who you are
Proven salesperson, ideally in windows, doors, joinery, building products,



home improvement or a related trade
Comfortable face to face with homeowners and builders
Organised enough to run your own diary, follow ups and pipeline
Confident with numbers, quotes and margin discipline
Clear communicator who writes clean emails and notes
Full driver's licence and right to work in Australia
Construction Induction (White) Card preferred, or willingness to obtain
Experience with CRM tools is practical but not essential
What success looks like
Consistent weekly appointments and quote volume
Strong conversion from quote to sold
Clean handovers with few scope disputes
Growing personal book of builder and repeat residential work
Reliable reporting of pipeline and forecast
