The Position!

Our client is seeking an intermediate to senior litigation solicitor to join their team, working across a broad range of litigation matters including pre-litigation negotiations and dispute resolution, alongside commercial and estate litigation.

You will manage your own file load with autonomy, from initial instruction through to resolution.

Requirements:
At least 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or estate litigation
Solid file and client management skills
Ability to work autonomously and run matters to completion
Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and practice directions




Willingness to mentor junior staff while continuing your own development
A collaborative team player

Our client is open to being flexible on experience for the right candidate.

$100,000 to $150,000 plus a generous bonus scheme with reasonable KPIs (depending on experience level!)
