Cleverain is partnering with a large and progressive regional organisation based in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW to recruit a Finance Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting executive and operational leaders across a diverse infrastructure and community services portfolio.

This is a highly visible position where you'll work alongside senior decision-makers, providing trusted financial advice that helps shape long-term investment, service delivery and organisational performance.

What you'll be doing

Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and strategic financial advice.

/n
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.

/n
Develop business cases,



financial models and investment analysis to support key initiatives.

/n
Translate complex financial information into practical insights that drive better decisions.

/n
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes and business outcomes.

/n
Contribute to long-term planning across a diverse operational portfolio.

About You

/n

You'll be someone who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and influencing decisions through robust commercial and financial insight.

/n

You'll ideally bring:

/n

/n
Experience as a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst or similar.

/n
Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.

/n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

/n
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance financial outcomes and operational priorities.

/n
CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion).
