You'll run training sessions and call reviews while carrying your own call load.

You'll coach underperforming reps with frameworks, not gut feel.

You'll build the playbooks that don't fully exist yet. And you'll earn more when the team performs — because the incentives are aligned.

Who've coached reps before and can point to what changed. Who want to own their earnings, not just manage other people's activity.
