Sigtech Solutions Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. This is a senior site-based leadership role responsible for the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of civil and signalling infrastructure works.

You'll provide hands-on supervision and technical oversight across planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring works are delivered to program, to standard, and in line with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily site operations for civil construction activities
Plan, coordinate, and manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to meet project milestones




Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
Interpret and work from construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across multiple operating settings and networks
Build robust working relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Support subcontractor onboarding, training, and ongoing compliance
Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement on site
Identify, assess, and manage project risks
