What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions across the organization.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.




Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
Background in technology or engineering fields.
Skills & tools
