As a Business Analysis Lead at Ahkgroup, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing business processes. What you'll do
Lead the business analysis team in identifying and defining business requirements for various projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating clear communication across teams.
Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories, to support project delivery.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions, ensuring that all perspectives are considered.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics,



providing regular updates to senior management and making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis, applying this knowledge to enhance the team's methodologies and tools.
Facilitate change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to recent processes and technologies while minimizing disruption.
Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a technology or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Proficient in using business analysis tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.




Experience in leading and mentoring a team, with a focus on fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt to different project environments.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to support data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and experience working closely with development teams.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
