This senior position will involve direct reporting to the Dealer Principal and Group Executive, with full responsibility for the dealership's commercial success, operational management, sales direction, team development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives. The dealership is poised for further expansion after establishing a solid sales foundation.

Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000
What you'll do
Manage all aspects of dealership operations to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
Lead the sales team to achieve targets while fostering a culture of high customer service standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and market penetration.
Mentor and support staff to enhance their skills and career development.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements




Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the automotive sector.
Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency in a dealership environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
