This prospect is ideal for an experienced Vulnerability Management Lead looking to lead a technical specialist team while remaining hands-on with client engagements. The role involves managing vulnerability and risk activities, acting as a key point of contact for client cyber queries, and supporting consulting and project delivery initiatives when required.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the technical specialist team
Own client-facing cyber queries and relationships
Lead vulnerability management, remediation, and risk assessment work
Run VAPT engagements and contribute to project/consulting delivery
Bridge technical delivery with client communication and expectations
Skills/Must Have:
Master's degree in Cybersecurity
Strong hands-on cyber operations background, vulnerability management, remediation, and tooling
VAPT experience
Hands-on experience with Qualys, Tenable, and Burp Suite
Client-facing / consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm
5–10 years' experience (not seeking 20+ year seniors)
Desirable Skills:
Industry certifications (e.g. CISSP or equivalent)
Penetration testing experience
Exposure to additional security tools (TBC)
Location & Working Pattern:
Sydney, NSW (fully on-site)
Employment Type is Full time
Salary:
$120,000 – $140,000 package (inclusive of super)
