What you'll do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales,



preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
Experience in the plastering or building materials industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Skills & tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
