About the Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable and efficient IT services across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and SharePoint environments.
Configuring and supporting Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, permissions and governance.
Building and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
Monitoring backup environments and performing regular recovery testing.
Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues across multiple locations.
Supporting cybersecurity initiatives, patching and security best practices.
Assisting with onboarding, offboarding and service desk coverage when required.
Identifying opportunities to automate, improve and streamline IT processes.
Working closely with the Head of IT to deliver infrastructure and technology improvement projects.
About you
You're a motivated IT professional who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll bring:
At least 3 years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or Infrastructure.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Experience administering Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
Experience configuring Azure and AWS environments.
Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows, networking, mobility and cloud technologies.
Experience working within an ITSM or ticketing platform.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
You'll stand out if you have experience with:




Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102) or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
Backup and recovery platforms such as Veeam.
Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms.
Cybersecurity frameworks including the ACSC Essential Eight.
Multi-site or construction industry environments.
