Wellways is seeking a Support Coordinator to help people living with a disability access and coordinate supports. This permanent part time role (4 days a week) offers a hybrid work arrangement, enabling work from home or office to suit your balance.
You will focus on capacity-building supports, helping participants design, manage, and exercise choice over their supports, and build relationships within their communities. A Certificate IV or higher and NDIS experience are preferred.
