We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Personal Care Assistants on permanent part‐time roles with Afternoon Shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living
Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical and mental well‐being.
Ensuring a safe and comfortable setting for residents.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.




Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
