At BIG4 Bendigo Marong Holiday Park, our Maintenance & Grounds team plays a vital role in creating memorable holidays. Every freshly presented site and cabin, sparkling BBQ, well-maintained pool, and quick repair helps ensure our guests can relax and enjoy their stay. This is a diverse, hands‐on role where no two days are the same—you'll be working outdoors, solving problems, maintaining our beautiful park, and taking pride in seeing the immediate results of your work. Role:
Carrying out general maintenance & repairs to keep the park in top condition.
Maintaining our swimming pool, including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
Cleaning and presenting our BBQ areas, and camp kitchen to a consistently high standard.
Keeping the park neat and welcoming by lawn mowing, blowing leaves from sites, paths, and around amenities.
Taking pride in every task to help us maintain our outstanding 9.6 Review Pro guest rating.
Hours of work are 8 hours per day, including every second weekend.
