The Opportunity
As an Assistant Educator at Pakenham, you will:
Work acrossmultiple roomssupporting daily routines and learning
Contribute to aplay-based curriculum aligned with the EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the implementation of inclusive practices for all children
Assist Room Leaders and Teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
About YouCertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
1-2 years experience working within the Early Childhood sector
Strong understanding of the EYLF and early learning environments
A collaborative, versatile, and positive approach
Passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
