We're looking for anIT Support Officerwho enjoys variety, thrives on customer service, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive ICT team.
This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing...
Providing Level 1.5 to Level 2 onsite and remote IT support
Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, mobile devices and end-user hardware
Travelling between Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding sites as required
Assisting with technology rollouts, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Building great relationships with users while delivering outstanding service
What you'll bring...

Availability to commence immediately or within the next two weeks
Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support role
Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A current Queensland Driver Licence
