The San Telmo Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join our team at Asado, within the Asado BOH department. This casual position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a robust interest in culinary excellence and a desire to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment. As a Commis Chef at Asado, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of the senior chefs




Executing basic cooking tasks such as preparing ingredients and operating kitchen equipment
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Contributing creative ideas for menu development and presentation
Safeguarding the quality and consistency of dishes through attention to detail
Adhering to food preparation processes and procedures in line with company standards
Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
