What you'll do:
Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
Coordinate vehicle servicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Provide accurate advice on maintenance, repairs, and costs
Liaise with technicians to deliver timely updates to customers
Build strong relationships that reflect the premium BMW brand




What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
