We seek to hear from a suitably experienced Asphalt Crew Member for Asphaltech (VIC) construction team. You will be involved in all aspects of asphalt / laying, road maintenance. Reporting to the Asphalt Foreman, you will be responsible for performing all required works safely and efficiently to achieve the best outcome.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You must have experience and be willing to work as part ofa team.
You will need to Construction Card and a Valid driver's licence (HR licence will be an advantage)
You will be expected to be able to multi-task and to work on various equipment on site
Working under the direction of the Foreman,



you will participate in
Pre-Start Checks
Regular toolbox meetings;
ABOUT YOU
You will have demonstrated experience for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the Asphalt Industry;
Knowledge of asphalt construction operations including but not limited to, paving in accordance with Vic Roads (Department of Transport) specifications;
You will have the ability to communicate and operate in a collaborative working environment.
