We'relooking for a motivated andhands-on leader to guide a small but dynamic LeisureCentrewithin a premium residential estate.
The Role
An exciting full-time opportunity exists for a hands‐on
Venue Manager
to lead our boutique aquatic and health club facility in Wyndham Vale, delivering exceptional service, strong operations, and community-focused programs for 6,000 residents.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide hands‐on,people focusedleadership to foster a welcoming,high-performanceculture, step into operational shifts whenrequiredtomaintaincontinuity of service
Lead daily operations across aquatics, health club, and customer service functions
Ensure high safety standards through effective compliance, risk management, and venue supervision
Support and grow learn‐to‐swim programs, including instructor coordination and delivery
Manage financial performance in line with the venue'sbudget
Build a strong relationship withour contract partnerto achieve shared goals
Recruit, coach, and empower acustomer‐centricteam
About You
You're a hands‐on leader with experience in aquatics, health clubs or community‐focused venues, passionate about delivering great customer experiences, building robust teams, and driving safe,



high‐performing operations.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Experience leading teams in aquatics, fitness, leisure, or a similar service industry
Operational experience with safety and compliance frameworks
Ability to obtain:
First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check
Police Check
