The Roles
We are looking for experienced Underground Mining Engineers formultiple roles, to assist our Tier 1 Clients in QLD, NSW, VIC and SA.
The roles are 8/6 rosters, with FIFO from BNE, SYD, MEL, & ADL on offer.
These are exceptional opportunities for anyone who wants to take the next leap in their career as a consultant, propelling their career forward and being rewarded financially.
Working with established technical services teams, you will assist with day to day support to enable smooth operations with regards to mine planning and execution support.
All travel time and costs, as well as accommodation will be covered, ensuring you are not out of pocket for any expenses, alongside Prime Mining's industry leading remuneration.
The roles on offer include:
Mine production planning, including lateral/vertical development, stope notes and level plans and caving plans.
Drill and blast design and planning, for production and development.




Scheduling/forecasting to support the site planning team and execution process (Deswik Scheduler).
Paste Backfill engineering and planning.
To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
Atertiary qualificationin Mining/Civil Engineering or a related field.
Locatedin a major city near an airport.
You haveprevious practical experience in underground mining in Australiaand an established understanding of mining operations and processes/software.
Current Australian drivers licence.
Have exceptional and professional communication skills to engage and influence other personnel within the business.
Have excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
Have an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
