Strive Community Care is seeking a Therapeutic Care Manager in the Ipswich region to lead residential OOHC programs and drive outcomes through the CREATE Model of Care.
You will influence service delivery with a focus on safety, trauma-informed practices and team development.
The role requires Monday to Friday hours with occasional weekend on-call management, and regular attendance at programs.
A degree in Social Work or Psychology is preferred, with essential managerial experience and
