All Interactive Distribution has an opportunity for a Clerical person to Manage ourAustralian Wholesale TonersWebsite and join a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation that prides itself on being at the forefront of technology and innovation.
You will work our in-house purchasing software platforms and be competent with Excel.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced buyers across various catagories.
This role is focused on the maintenance and supply of ourWholesale Tonerswebsite:You will also help with some other exciting categories such as Consumer Electronics and computer game accessories.
The roles is all about analysing sales data, replenishment ordering from both local and overseas suppliers and working with our marketing department to keep the site looking fresh and interesting.
There will be plenty of support and training as the previous manager of the site is still with AID and will be there to guide you whenever you need advice.
Take ownership and play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, improving, and implementing positive changes to theWholesale Tonerswebsite.
Working within the AID order portals.
Creating new products and populating them with a high standard of data content and information.
Maintaining tracking spreadsheets across the Purchasing and Accounting Departments.
Chasing up Purchase Order ETAs and updating the system and national sales teams.




Liaising with our design studio on artwork for marketing assets and campaigns.
Working with lead buyer, putting together forecast documents.
Chasing up suppliers
Resolving short shipments and price variations.
Required Knowledge and Skills
A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative skills.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.
Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.
Experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
