About the role
Figtree Family Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Figtree, NSW.
In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dental practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients warmly upon their arrival
Scheduling appointments, managing patient records and coordinating the daily workflow
Assisting the dental team with clinical procedures as a Dental Assistant
Ensuring the practice is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation
Handling financial transactions, including processing payments and managing insurance claims
Providing outstanding customer service and addressing patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced dental practice
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour
Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a genuine interest in the dental industry
