We're currently seeking amotivated, reliable and career-driven Supervisor / Duty Managerto support our management team and help lead day-to-day operations across the venue.
We're open to bothfull-time and casual applicants, depending on experience and availability.
With multiple bars, a busy restaurant offering, indoor and outdoor areas, plus TAB and gaming, Terrigal Hotel is a fast‐paced environment with a strong team culture and plenty of room for growth.

A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service




Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
Outstanding attention to detail and a hands‐on approach
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
Solid food and beverage knowledge
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications
