The role




Manage and grow relationships with thousands of existing trade and retail customers
Hunt for new business: cold-call, qualify leads, book meetings and close sales
Consistently grow the customer database and exceed monthly sales targets
Become an expert in our product range, features and unique selling points
Maintain meticulous CRM records and sales pipelines
About you
Proven outbound or account-management sales experience (lighting or electrical wholesale highly regarded)
Confident on the phone and skilled at building strong customer relationships
Target-driven with a track record of smashing KPIs
Solid product-learning mindset - willing to dive deep into specs and benefits
Positive, self-motivated and ready to thrive in a collaborative team
