About the Role
Join a team that helps drive world-class clinical research across CALHN.
You'll manage the day-to-day administration that keeps clinical trials moving, build strong relationships with researchers and stakeholders, maintain key systems and financial records, and help deliver high-quality research support in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
Manage clinical trial administration from submission to file maintenance
Coordinate enquiries and provide timely support to researchers and stakeholders
Maintain clinical trial databases, records and regulatory documents
Process invoices, payments, receipting and financial records
Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and meeting supportMonitor budgets, reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
Liaise with funding bodies, sponsors and internal teams
Support quality improvement initiatives and better business processes
Build positive relationships across CALHN and external research partners
Help keep the Research Office running smoothly through shared team support
About You
You're an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
You have a keen eye for detail,
communicate with confidence and thrive in a busy environment where your work supports meaningful clinical research.
Experience in administration and financial support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in Microsoft Office and business systems
Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
