Webber Architects is growing it's regional office inOrange, NSW – we are looking for an Architectural Technician/Graduate of Architecture to join our team.

As an Architectural Technician/Graduate of Architecture, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of meaningful projects across education, commercial, hospitality, and community sectors.
You'll bring curiosity, creativity, and dependable follow‐through to a supportive team environment; helping shape ideas into buildable solutions and honouring commitments as part of our "do what you say" culture.

Requirements
Hold tertiary qualifications in Architecture
Full Australian working rights
Minimum 2 years working in office in Australia
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing design concepts and translating ideas into coordinated, buildable solutions
Produce drawings, models, and documentation in line with Webber QA and ISO **** standards
Support project delivery through coordination with consultants, contractors, and team members
Maintain organised project records,



including drawings, notes, and updates in Total Synergy
Contribute to design innovation, creative problem‐solving, and continuous improvement

Demonstrated Skill
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Proficiency in Revit, with familiarity across relevant design and documentation tools
Ability to communicate clearly, take direction, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
Understanding of documentation processes, construction detailing, and quality systems
Reliable, organised, and committed to ongoing career development
