About the RoleThis is the perfect launchpad for someone looking to build a meaningful career in property management.
You'll work alongside experienced Property Managers, spend time out in the field, and learn the industry from the ground up.
You'll also be supported by a team that genuinely invests in your development and success.
We believe in developing and promoting our people from within.
Many of our senior team members started in similar roles.
If you're motivated, willing to learn, and committed to doing a great job, we'll support you every step of the way.
What You'll Be DoingCompleting entry and exit condition reports to a high standard
Conducting routine inspections and clearly reporting your findings
Assisting Senior Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Completing out-of-office activities, including key handovers and property visits
Communicating with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople as required
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
Developing your skills with the opportunity to progress into a Property Manager role
Qualifications and ExperienceA valid Real Estate Certificate or Registration, or a genuine willingness to obtain one
A valid Australian driver's licence - a work vehicle is provided
A genuine passion for property management and real estate
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in real estate, property, or customer service is preferred but not essential
