FULL TIME 38 HOURS PER WEEK MINIMUM 4 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE SALARY PLUS SUPER
$75k PA - $95K PA Bread & Honey Catering Pty Ltd trading as CATERING HQ LYNWOOD is looking for full-time Restaurant Manager for their busy restaurant.
Lynwood Country Club is the place locals choose any day or night of the week for relaxed dining with a quality menu.
We have indoor and outdoor dining overlooking North-West Sydney's premier golfing facility and are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
To be considered for the role, you need to have a relevant industry qualification and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -Collaborate with chefs to create new dishes, update menus, and special dietary requirements and ensure offerings align with the restaurant's concept.
-Plan and organise special events, including coordinating menus and logistics.
-Supervise the daily running of the restaurant (including managing the till and communicating with suppliers, repairers, and relevant authorities).
-Train, lead,



motivate and develop our team to deliver the highest possible restaurant standards.
-Communicating with clients for their booking and function queries.
-Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals, service, and overall experience.
-Setting up a floor & table for service.
-Meet, greet and seat guests; assist in taking orders -Manage the restaurant's social media presence, engaging with customers and promoting the brand.
-Monitor food, beverage, and labour costs across the restaurant.
-Adhere to all company policies including food handling OH&S; and quality services and cleanliness standards.
-Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial records.
-Complete and maintain all administration tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
YOU MUST BE -Available nights, weekends and school holidays.
