As the Recruitment Officer, you'll report directly to the Department Manager and play a key role in growing and strengthening our subcontractor fleet.
You'll proactively identify, attract, and onboard high-quality subcontractors, ensuring their vehicles and equipment meet our operational standards and that every new starter receives a robust, safety‐focused induction experience.

What you'll be doing:
Support planning and recruit drivers based on business needs.
Advertise, screen and conduct group/individual interviews.
Ensure all onboarding requirements are clearly communicated.
Conduct regular vehicle and equipment audits
Manage incentive agreements and ensure accurate earnings.
Resolve payment queries promptly and record all communication.
Conduct exit interviews and highlight improvement opportunities.
Provide admin support to the Management team.




Attend meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

2-3 years in a similar role in sales or transport (training provided for the right candidate)
