Working closely with sales leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll provide operational support, coordinate sales initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes.
This varied role will see you manage adviser requests, support campaign delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help our teams achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities National role supporting the state-based Wrap Sales teamsCoordinating your own day-to-day activities and supporting requests from the sales teamSupporting adviser with onboarding, problem solving and ad hoc requestsCoordinate sales initiatives,



campaigns and team activities to support business objectivesBuild strong relationships with advisers and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiencySupport compliance and risk activities to ensure processes align with business requirementsMaintain accurate CRM records and support reporting and sales activity trackingRun and produce ad hoc reporting What You Will Bring Proven experience in financial services, wealth, sales support or a similar roleStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesIntermediate to advance Microsoft office suite proficiencies (word, excel, ppt)A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of financial services compliance requirements (RG146 highly regarded) To Apply Read more about why you should join our team .
