What You'll Do: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will partner with growers across a broad range of farming enterprises, providing trusted agronomic advice and helping customers maximise productivity, profitability and sustainability.
No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across horticulture, broadacre cropping, grazing and emerging agricultural industries.
Provide high‐quality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the regionConduct on-farm visits and provide technical recommendations tailored to customer needsDrive product sales both in‐store and on‐farmBuild and maintain long‐term, trusted relationships with existing customersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and serviceDevelop crop nutrition, crop protection and farm management plansIdentify opportunities to grow sales and deliver value-added solutionsShare relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainabilityStay current with latest plant production practices and agronomic innovationsCoordinate and participate in field days, trials and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a local subject‐matter expert What You'll Bring: Proven agronomy experience, ideally with exposure to horticultural production systems such as avocados, mangoes, citrus, bananas or other tree and tropical cropsDemonstrated capability in sales planning,
