The role focuses on promoting wellbeing, coordinating case management and linking families to community resources.
It is a maximum term, full-time position with SCHADS Level 5 pay plus super and salary packaging.
Referrals are received through The Orange Door, and you will work with multiple stakeholders to improve safety and family functioning.
